Costco gas prices start to be more expensive than most the "normal " gas stations. At least in Edmonton
I don't get why they charge you a membership fee ,just to buy more expensive gas

I ordered a laptop from Costco, and Costco intended to deliver through UPS, a company I consider unsatisfactory. They have not delivered yet and did not call me at all.
This company seems disorganized and completely unprofessional. My question is, why would you entrust my valuable item to UPS? I demand compensation from Costco. Why are you giving orders to UPS, a non-professional company?
Additionally, Costco provides no avenue for complaints. Why not offer customers the opportunity to voice their issues regarding deliveries?
You ought not to purchase from Costco.

Shocking comment by employee
When purchasing membership Brenda at the Brantford location was suggesting getting a different level then what I was interested in. I appreciate her reminding me about the benefits and reason why it is a great value.
To reinforce why it would be more beneficial was the gas bar usage. While this was mentioned I had mentioned where I get gas and why it would not be more accommodating. She insinuated this was not as reliable and suggested the provider was not credible. I felt the comment was disrespectful to a community and large number of people in Brant County.
Perhaps I'm over thinking but some might feel her comments were racist. I'm considering her stress of having to fulfill quotas, membership levels and sales. I'm thinking of the fear she experiences. Needing to ensure she is fulfilling the number of sales etc.
Maybe this fear was spun on me about my choice of gas providers. I'm hoping she will be reminded that her approach was uncalled for and came of as hurtful.Do better Brenda you never know who you are insulting.
I purchased a box of 2.25 kg of frozen Edamame...
I purchased a box of 2.25 kg of frozen Edamame for $13.99. It supposed to have 9 packs of 250g each.
When I opened the box it only had 7 packs 250 g each.
I am extremely disappointed and would like to get a refund. I understand that it is not a lot of money, but still don't want to pay for the items I didn't receive.

Verified Reviewer |Fungii infested food item sold in Costco store, Canada . Health issues and concern.
Costco asked for my membership details, which I provided . But haven’t heard back from them yet.
When I opened the individual packets at home, the item tasted weird. Upon closer examination, I discovered a bit of fungus on the side. My 4-year-old child ate an entire madeleines tea cake piece before I realized the problem and could take it away. I checked the other pieces, and many are covered with black fungus.
This is a terrifying situation. I trusted Costco to provide healthy, good food. But now, I'm scared about what might happen to my child, my spouse, and me. We three had some without checking since I just got it today and the expiration date is July 11th, 2024.
Costco has broken my trust. It seems one can't expect high-quality food items from Costco. I am a disappointed and scared customer.
I can share a picture of the box with the fungus-infested items, as well as the receipt indicating the date I bought it and the 'best before' date of the box. The receipt includes the item I purchased for confirmation if it needs to be verified.

Preferred solution: Need to check legally as food sold is infested and my 4year old kid ate it. Not sure if any harm or reaction would it have on us especially my kid.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
The warranty from Costco is covered when tires are installed only by the Costco shop. If you pick up the tires and go elsewhere, you will lose the warranty. When contacted, Costco doesn't provide options, it only provides excuses.

We're provided with excellent service and communication. We couldn't upgrade the delivery service and move the appliance to downstairs where we need to place the item.
It was a chest freezer and we know that we can't move it ourselves.
We are so thankful for your help and consideration. We might have to reorder again and prepare for delivery.

I purchased a computer on November 18, 2024, with delivery advised for November 20, 2024. No delivery.
I checked the UPS site; the label was issued on November 18, 2024. The goods have not been received. I checked the UPS site again on November 22, but there was no change. I contacted Costco customer service the same date and found out the package was missing and had not been delivered to UPS.
I was advised by a representative that a new order had been processed. However, I still have not received any email from UPS. I contacted Costco again on November 25, 2024. The order had not been processed, and I might receive an email in the next couple of days.
I had purchased and paid for the item on November 18, 2024, so now I don't know what to do.
I purchased the computer to replace my existing one, which is defective. Additionally, I am unable to print.

I went online to buy the massage chair shown in the flyer on September 1 for $999.99. The website showed that the chair was sold out.
Today, September 2 at 8:00 AM, the chair is now available for purchase. However, the sale has expired, and the price is now $1699.99. Since today is Labor Day, nobody is working, and I do not believe they could have replenished stock overnight. This was definitely a bogus sale.
My guess is they had pre-planned to only sell a limited number of the item at the sale price, for example, five chairs. Once they reached that number, they showed the item as sold out.
After the sale period was over, they made the product available again, but at full price. In my opinion, this is a shady practice.
Preferred solution: Get the item at the sale price. That would represent a savings of $700 plus tax. Otherwise I'm not buying the product.
User's recommendation: If a sale item is sold out, take a screen shot then check it again the following day. Unfortunately I didn't take a screen shot...
Please bring wet cat food (not the Whiskas, cats barely tolerate that) to Costco Orillia. Thank you!
Excellent service from the Costco representative, prompt and understanding. Agent promised to communicate the request to the Sales team to consider shipping wet cat food to Costco Orillia. Dog wet food has been introduced recently, as a pilot program, by adding a dedicated fridge on the floor.The demographic of the area will definitely support the request (large percentage of retirees, mostly pet owners), Thank you!

And despite what you say, UPS is a pretty big organization haha Costco will not stop shipping with UPS. End of story.
